TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

SPRING FEVER PROMOTION
The following terms and conditions are to be posted on Professionals SA website.

Method of Entry:
Entry is open to residents of South Australia. Any home owner that has their property
appraised by a participating Professionals Real Estate Office can request to go into
the draw for one of five prizes. The appraisal of the property must be dated between
1st September 2010 and 30th November 2010.

Duration of Promotion:
The promotion commences on 1st September, 2010 and closes on 30th November 2010.

Details of Prizes and Prize Values:
The prizes consist of 5 Apple iPad WI-FI+3G 32GB valued at $985.00 each.
The total prize value is $4,925.00.

Date, time and place of draw:
The draw will be conducted on Monday 6th December , 2010 at 11.45am by
Greg Troughton, CEO Real Estate Institute of SA, at 1 The Parade, Norwood SA 5067.

Results Published:
The names and addresses of all winners of prizes will be published in the Advertiser
Newspaper on Wednesday 15th December, 2010.

Trader’s Name and Address:
Prosas Ltd T/As The Professionals Real Estate Group,
1 The Parade, Norwood SA 5067. ABN: 43 008 148 169.

Special Conditions:
1. The home owner will require to have their property appraised by a participating
Professionals Real Estate Agent in SA.

2. Entries will only be received by Prosas Ltd. from participating Professionals Real
Estate Offices.

3. The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

4. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or any personal injury
suffered or sustained in connection with the prize offered except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.

Unclaimed Prize Draw:
If the prizes are not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, an unclaimed prize draw
will be conducted on 7th March 2011 subject to any written directions given under
Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA).
